Since the summer isn’t as busy as the rest of the year, I try to use the time to catch up on things. One such thing that needed to be caught up on was new photos.
My old photos were good (they still are front and center on my website) but I needed some that show my longer hair. I’m also “maturing” in age, so my shots need to reflect that.

We ended up taking over 600 shots, so it was tough to whittle them down but the four above represent different aspects of me.
The photographer I used was John Song of TFV. My makeup artist was Beth Pilgreen (she’s so talented).
The photo in the white button down shows a more natural look and the “default” Heidi Rew. The vest shows the boss-mode version, the blue collared is professional and layered and the pulled back hair, black turtleneck is sophisticated.
Some times this industry is weird that you have to get dressed up and do a photoshoot but I’m really pleased with how they turned out.
Thanks John and Beth for a great photoshoot.
